You have a decision to make?
Decisions don’t have to be so hard.
There’s actually a very simply process which I teach - the only thing that makes it hard is a long time habit of racing thoughts.
Are you experiencing much silence in between thoughts?
My mind used to be a thousand miles per minute - so I know how it feels to overthink, which always causes stress and anxiety… Worse, these feelings feel so normal - you have no idea how negative you actually are.
If you feel any grim, tight, serious feeling as you’re thinking - then you are going in the wrong direction with your thinking and thinking in an inverted way, ok.
Just about everybody on Earth thinks from the problem and most think from themselves as a separate being who has to control it all and do it all themselves.
Even those with Faith in the Higher Power have parts of their personality that still make analytical decisions instead of decisions based on their intuition, which is what I’m teaching my clients everyday…
Your intuition is actually very simple.
But to truly access it, you may need to do quite a bit of emptying, rewiring and transmuting to so you have SPACE and silence in between thoughts.
