Master Your Mind & Life with Spiritual Principles:
How does the sacred text, Bhagavad Gita have in common with The Bible, and the Reality is a Hologram concept as taught (as do others) by Robert Scheinfeld in his book Busting Loose From The Money Game?
The Bhagavad Gita teaches we are eternal beings here to be to be in service to The Divine plan by helping each other.
The Bhagavad Gita is therefore a practical manual for awakening in a world of illusion, choice, and moral conflict. It teaches how to live in the world without being of it and embodying divine consciousness while acting within human experience.
Such as:
1. You are not the body – You are the eternal Self (Atman).
Our true identity is the unchanging Self, not the temporary body or mind. The soul (Atman) cannot be slain, born, or destroyed.
“Weapons cannot cut it, fire cannot burn it, water cannot wet it, wind cannot dry it.” – Gita 2.23
Many spiritual people have a heightened awareness and think that we have a soul and a spirit - but the truth is, our soul and spirit IS who we are. You physical body is a vessel, like an avatar that we inhabit for our incarnation on Earth.
Our body is dense vibration - nothing that appears physical actually is in the way people think - it is simply denser, slowing moving vibration that creates force fields that appear physical.
Nothing ever actually touches. Use your finger to touch something near you - it doesn’t actually connect. You’re feeling a forcefield of energy - all atoms are made up of space, and the matter is just dense energy.
Your quest on Earth is to purify the density caused from your distorted emotions (misunderstand how life really works and rebellion against Divine will) so you merge with the Divine and return to your true self.
You soul and spirit that inhabit your body but also IS your body in this incarnation. When you have distortion in your field, such as insecurity, jealousy and anger - it gets trapped in your body like paint does in a sponge and solidifies and hardens like water turning to ice - and guess what? This causes chronic physical pain plus all the calamity and drama you experience in your World.
You Spirit is the true eternal part of you. From my understanding and innerseeing, the Spirit is your higher self, also the Holy Spirit - it is the part made purely out of God’s substance. Your Soul is the mix of your ego and higher aspects that create your personality. Your goal is to purify the negativity within you so you become your higher loving Divine self, and this God essence fills your body.
Blocks are illusions yes, but they create REAL blocks in your physical body and energy field that must be cleared and clarified.
2. Do your duty without attachment to results – Karma Yoga.
Act in alignment with Dharma (cosmic order/duty), but renounce attachment to the fruits of action. This frees the soul from bondage.
“You have the right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions.” – Gita 2.47
This doesn’t mean that you need to live in poverty your entire life. See below for the Universally accepted spiritual principle of how God always provides.
It does mean that you stop needing your desires so much, develop some maturity so you stop thinking everything should happen instantly, while avoiding the consequences of your actions (which only works to torment you)
Once you understand that the Spirit of Living is GIVING - then you give and share, create and DO because it is the right thing to do. This evolves into a deep desire to give to God’s plan of Salvation, as taught in great teachings of The Pathwork.
Wanting and needing such specific desires is being hyper focused on just one thing - putting all your hopes and happiness on this one thing needing to happen - but when you purify your emotions like I guide my clients to and show up in Divine Service to play through creating and sharing - a myriad of wonderful things happen!
Get your mind off the outer desires and onto your inner feelings, inspirations, devotion to do good and what you can create.
Of course this can be easier said than done.
This is where having my zone of genius in your life will shift timelines and ensure you quantum leap.
3. Surrender to the Divine – Bhakti Yoga.
Love and surrender to the Supreme (Krishna, Your Christ Self, or God) is the highest path. When ego surrenders, liberation dawns.
“Abandon all varieties of dharma and simply surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions.” – Gita 18.66
There are two wills.
The Divine will, which is infinitely intelligent, aligned with The Universal Laws, operating in the most brilliant way and comes from the energy and intelligence of LOVE.
Then there is self will. This comes from your ego, which feels fear, insecurity, broken heartedness, anger, greed, lack and selfishness. This comes from your limited view and misunderstanding of how reality actually works - but is how most humans function.
Likely you have parts of yourself in self will and others that work naturally from Divine will - these are the parts of your life that always work out without draining you and come from a place of Love, trust, ease, faith, and joy.
Of course it doesn’t always feel joyful to follow Divine will at first - because our entire human society has strayed so far from Divine values, that many sins are embedded into our everyday lives and desires are absolutely normal and revered (Sins are things that ultimately make us unhappy because it’s apart from God and how The Universe actually work).
This is why the Christians say “without God, I am nothing”.
“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
If you have an entire ocean of power that sees and IS every single drop in the ocean at once - why would you want to function from the one singular drop you are?
How many drops of water are there in the ocean? This is how much more powerful, protected, brilliant and ‘lucky’ a person is when you use Divine will instead of your own.
PLUS all good is God. So whether a person believes in God or not - when they do good that grows beautiful fruit, then it is of God’s will.
Of course you can’t always tell by immediate appearances just by looking at a person’s life (or your own) - you must see how the effects of your will/decisions play out over time.
“You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit…. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.” Jesus in Matthew 7:16 - 20
4. The Mind is both friend and enemy – Master it.
The Gita calls for inner mastery. A mind ruled by desires is a tyrant, but a mind aligned with the Self is a liberator.
“For one who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, the mind will remain the greatest enemy.” – Gita 6.6
My clients come to me to transform their entire lives so they no longer feel the need to escape, check out or drain their energy into exhaustion just to “win”.
My job is to get you to rewire your mind from the inverted almost all humans have…
And i mean almost 100% of people think in a way that creates more problems, more pain, more destruction and degeneration. You can tell by how a person ages, how much pain and/or mental anguish they’re in by ow negative their thoughts are.
Aging is not natural. It happens for several reasons, but one is the fear of death, which is also the fear of life. But more on this another time.
As John Kehoe says, “Your mind is the great trickster”.
It is designed to trick you. This is part of the hologram experience we’ll go into below.
But it can be extremely hard to see through the illusion because it all feels so real. Your beliefs, feelings, beliefs and assumptions are grounded into holographic memories. They mirror back to you and replicate like fractals.
So if you’re waiting to see it to believe it - you will be waiting forever. You must start developing the belief that something more is possible first - and then reality begins to change for you.
It is what it is, so you can keep going in circles refusing to get egg on your face if you believe something wrong - and continue to believe something that is just an illusion - so you’re already living your fear anyway.
What if you just take the leap and begin to believe aka agree and put energy into mindset that YES YOU CAN, and that Reality and The Universe is set up to serve you, and that God/The Divine wants you to be happy and fulfilled - this is why many of your desires fall flat because they are backed up with negative habits and patterns you would never change if you got what you wanted today.
Yes, the hard truth is that if you want change, YOU have to change: your thought patterns, viewpoints, assumptions, actions, habits and feelings (which you do by feeling the negative and sending them Love so they can complete the circuit and transmute).
Once you start thinking from the solution and without worry - or at least catching worry and reframing it to trust - then the mind becomes your best friend and greatest servant.
5. Equanimity is yoga – Rise above dualities.
Pleasure and pain, success and failure – these are illusions on the different end of the same spectrum. True wisdom lies in balance, detached awareness and the ability to think in paradoxes where seeming opposites are both true.
“Be steadfast in yoga, O Arjuna. Perform your duty and abandon all attachment to success or failure. Such evenness of mind is called yoga.” – Gita 2.48
When you realize that everything that is happening for you is happening for your highest good - then you can withstand the negative times without freaking the fudge out.
Every negative experience is a blessed lesson showing you something inside of yourself that needs to be purified and changed. Often it is karma coming back to from earlier life or other lifetimes, or generational patterns passed down through the family line.
No it isn’t fun.
Yes it is here to serve your greatest good as a feedback effect so you know what doesn’t work and can change yourself to the truth of who you really are, which is Divine Love.
No, you can’t always know what the karma is for.
Yes, you can choose to face it with maturity and acceptance, knowing while it may whether on for longer than you wish, it is the boomerang of your earlier actions.
No, it won’t always change as fast as you desire.
Yes, you do have the power to transmute and change it through the Law of Forgiveness. But just reading about it here today will do diddly squat, except for the important aspect of building the bridge of possibility so you know it’s a thing, or so you’re reminded to do so again.
No, forgiveness generally isn’t as simple as saying “I forgive.”
Yes, you must face the parts of you that don’t forgive and feel the circuit to the end in conscious healing time, while also forgiving these parts of you for forgiving. This is part of the epic forgiveness practice I’ve developed over the last 15 years - and it’s truly the missing link of forgiveness.
Next, I’ll be going into holographic reality, how to claim your Divine power back from the illusions of your mind and how to activate Divine Providence in your favor.
If you want part 2, please share your thoughts below and type part 2 - once the words spring forth from me in my next writing session, I’ll send them through to you.
With Love, and Divine Service
