I’ve been doing deep alchemy healing on my back, as it flared up in pain - and the funny thing is - it’s a GOOD THING.
WHY? Because everything is energy. Out emotion is energy, as are our thoughts. Except emotion and thought CREATE THE PHYSICAL into reality.
My crushingly painful back pain started several days ago just after a powerful future self healing to release the blocks in the way. At the end I had one fear left which was the big one I’ve worked through for years and gave dramatically increased…
But this stuff goes so much deeper than you realize. We have an ocean worth of emotion that has been trapped with beliefs memories and opinions that shape our world.
This is why dedicating yourself to a regular emotional transmutation practice is the key so many successful people do, but many just don’t talk about it publicly.
The back pain came up because it was deeper repressed fear that had to be healed to fully embrace my new reality.
But it was so old and so full of hate and anger that I rarely think consciously - so the hate and anger from being resented, hurt, unwanted and rejected as a child was trapped down in my lower back.
So while on the surface it looks like I pinched a nerve - that only happened BECAUSE the next layer of energy aka the Quantum Knot in my being had to come to the surface to be healed.
It’s so sad to me seeing so many leaders in pain who think it has nothing to do with their work.
You think your aches, pains, tiredness and chronic issues (relationship and body image issues too) are all completely separate…
But nothing is. It’s all connected.
When you heal your pain, emotional or physical - you free up so much psychic energy of your soul that’s stuck on a continues loop to that negative issue underneath.
So while you may think you just have back pain, foot pain, or tiredness or overwhelm etc - it’s actually deeper feelings of anger, hate, resentment that you’ve pushed down long LONG ago because you don’t want to feel abd BE that.
We think by pushing it away we’ve stopped being that.
But it’s still in you.
Actually STRONGER when you refuse to see and work with it because you made decisions from this energy long ago and just like a computer virus set on GO it is working in your life just as you asked it to as a child but can’t remember
Simple statements we make as kids about a situation (because you’re mean to me I will NEVER abcd) will create your entire life experience…
Until we change it within you…
Plot twist: it’s about making friends with this part of you.
Not killing it or conquering it or rejecting it.
You have to literally talk to there parts like they’re another person.
Admit the horrible truth that you really do have these negative feelings in you…
And with my guidance or one of the rare ones like me, which aren’t many, even among Healers (because I don’t just reprogram the surface of your mind I change the entire alchemical make up of your being which clears karma)…
You can be guided to fully change this part of you
But the kicker is you don’t do it by changing it. You do it by accepting it and changing YOUR approach to it.
Like going from kicking a dog that’s barking to bringing it inside and giving it love. Right now you’re kicking that part of you emotionally.
