In part 1 we covered the sacred text, The Bhagavad Gita and how it aligns with the bible - with deep insights about how your spiritual body such as soul, higher self and holy spirit, ego, soul and Christ Self actually work together.

If you haven’t read it already, you’ll benefit from reading part 1 here

Now when it comes to these spiritual teachings - and how you need to be detached from your needs, or it causes suffering, wiithout meaning you need to live in poverty because it is the attachment to specific desires, believing they will make you happy that causes suffering (also in part 1)

It’s important to understand what blocks your desires in the most simplest way.

It’s the feelings in your body.

Your feelings have words inside of them - memories, beliefs and opinions, which get triggered when you think of any topic that relates to the block you have.

The problem is, most people are completely disconnected from their bodies.

While feel the fear and do it anywhere has it’s place in life - for the most part, if you only push yourself through fear - you are creating from some negative paradigms (outcomes and experiences)…

But when you drink the Abraham Hicks kool aid and literally never take action unless you feel good - you also enter into a trap, always waiting to feel good - because often it is taking the action that causes your mood to improve!

As with all spiritual concepts - it is a paradox.

This duality vs oneness thinking, is where you either think in black and white - where it’s one or the other, or where you can see they are the one thing but on different ends of the spectrum, so require wisdom, discernment and experimentation to know the truth for sure.

As a note, many people say you must be able to think in duality - but what they actually mean is to think in oneness, understanding duality.

When you understand that reality - and our mind is a hologram that contains every bit of information from THE ALL in every particle - and you don’t overthink this - you can use reality as the mirror it truly is.

Your feelings, beliefs and actions CREATE.

If someone isn’t treating you right, it can feel unfair.

But when you look deeply and sincerely, you will always eventually find the matching part of you that caused it to happen.

Most of these will be so hidden under the surface that at first glance, you will swear black and blue that it doesn’t affect you, that it isn’t a part you and that you’ve never thought that…

But as you learn how to actually listen to the body and the emotional currents that wordlessly move through you (until you dive in and learn how to listen) - you will be surprised at all the things you actually believe and fear that consciously you don’t.

This is why inner work is so essential.

Your spiritual and inner practice isn’t something you do if you have time.

It needs to be the foundation of your LIFE.

If you think you don’t have time, you are accepting and creating your entire life to always be out of time, living an unaligned life and swept up in the outer drama because you won’t be able to control it, because you won’t be able to face, see and change your inner currents that are directly affecting your reality.

When you make time, you literally MAKE TIME.

When you think time is limited, you directly limit the amount of time you experience.

So how can you reclaim this power from the Hologram?

In the book, “Busting Loose From The Money Game,” Robert Schienfeld teaches a fantastic concept I’ve played around with and understood for years - except he spells it out so directly, with potent exercises to exit the limitations of life.

He teaches that once you realize and use your specific thoughts to affirm that you are the creator in human form, because God really is inside all of us, we have just forgotten so God can know itself/himself/herself/themself….

Then we can also affirm and remind ourselves that this reality is just energy.

It’s ultimately NOT real.

Everyone is a character in our on World - our own script.

So when we claim that this reality isn’t real, we can reclaim our power from those negative feelings in our body…

Simply by saying the above, followed by statements and intentions like, “I reclaim my power from this part of me now. I feel it releasing into my body, absorbing into my system and surging through me NOW”

Then you imagine you feel it.

I added some of my words into the phrasing above, as it fits perfectly with the way I transmute negative energy into positive during my Somatic Illumination TM EFT Alchemy Method.

It generally doesn’t give instant change, although some things might pop up…

It’s the long term game of reclaiming and absorbing the psychic power that lives in your triggers and pain, so you redirect it into your system as empowerment!

So what are your thoughts?

When you combine this with the teachings in part 1 - and you devote yourself to doing good for the ALL, then you truly are guided and get to have fun in life - you simply need to transmute your idea of fun from private selfish pleasure seeking desires into creating good things that benefit the ALL.
