Did you know that you are often WRONG?!
The amount of people I talk to with fixed beliefs who say they KNOW what doesn’t work. They KNOW that life is a certain way. They THINK they know all these limiting things about how relationships are, or how hard success is, or how they will be judged so mustn’t shine too brightly…
But the truth of the world is that IT ONLY HAPPENS BECAUSE YOU BELIEVE IT!

The human mind is so complex…
If you think it’s serving you to get pumped up off anxiety, using it as fuel - again you’re wrong. Sure it may get you through and maybe in some ways it has helped you - BUT this is why people burn out, sabotage, get sick, develop chronic illness, ruin relationships, tank businesses and MORE…
It’s because your negative imagnations are creating unwanted things in your life.
It is weakening your nervous sytem
So what can you do instead?
Well. You’ve gotta to take control of your life by LETTING GO.
Stop trying to control how your partner does the dishes.
Stop getting angry at other people because they don’t dance like a puppet in the way you think they should.
Stop thinking that if ‘something goes wrong’ it means that it is a bad thing. When you really understand the spiritual truths - you know that every single negative situation is fertile ground for growing the most beautiful positive experiences.
Every single disaster, or even slight annoyance is actually an OPPORTUNITY GATEWAY.
Let me explain: There are infinite parallel realities where what you want exists right now.
Every problem is NOT problem. it is just a step on the way to a solution
But because you get yourself in a tizzy - moaning and groaning - proclaiming and blaming how all this has gone to hell - you get what you expect - so it’s like being delivered to the gates of heaven, and complaining because you have to take some steps to walk through the actual gates.
So open your mind to the solutions.

The time will pass anyway… Because how old will you be in 5 years if you don’t do this work? the same age as youd be in 5 years if you DO do this work, right?
Except technically your body will be older - you will have MISSED OUT on so many amazing opportunities because you didnt do the work - and you will never know it. Youll be able to say its just how it is - but again you’re wrong.
It’s time to step up and wake up.
